Yo Llama Loca started with one of our favorite Latin American treats: the alfajor. Soft, delicate cookies filled with creamy dulce de leche, handmade in small batches right here in Middleton, Wisconsin. Inspired by our Peruvian roots, we're giving the classic alfajor our own playful twist-with fun flavors, a little personality, and a whole lot of dulce de leche. Our goal? Simple: make alfajores the treat everyon knows, loves, and definitely does not save for later.
